TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NATIONAL SHIPPING


  1. Home delivery service includes packaging, insurance, and is subject to the Paquetexpress coverage area ( packagexpress.com.mx/destinos ). If your address is not covered, the delivery will be made to the Paquetexpress office in the city closest to your home (Ocurre Service).
  2. The minimum purchase amount for a product is $6,000.00 pesos.
  3. Our normal delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks after the purchase date, depending on the specific destination. If you require express service (faster delivery) if it is available at your address, please contact us (tel./WhatsApp 415-154-5282 or gerencia@eximgaleria.com).
  4. The service does NOT include unpacking, handling, or placement of merchandise.
  5. Customers have up to 72 hours after receiving their shipment to report any delivery anomalies, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective item, or an item that was damaged during shipping.
  1. ANOMALY REPORTING PROCEDURE.
    1. Send by email ( gerencia@eximgaleria.com ) or WhatsApp (415-154-5282) at least 5 photos clearly showing the defects, damages or the wrong product.
    2. In case of damage suffered during shipping, please attach at least six clear photos of the packaging in addition to the photos of the damaged product.
    3. Please keep the product in question, along with its packaging, while your insurance is processed. It may need to be returned.
    4. Your report will be processed and verified by the insurer, with a maximum response time of 5 business days.
    5. Once the insurance has been validated, we will reship your purchase free of charge to the address originally provided, within a maximum of 4 weeks of the insurance company's validation, to allow for the creation of a new replacement piece(s). If the reshipment cannot be completed, you will be refunded the full cost (merchandise plus shipping costs).
